Job Description:
- Managing new leads and following up with potential patients. The coordinator will responsible for promoting and selling clear aligner treatment to potential patients.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and ensuring that they have a positive experience throughout their treatment.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey, including follow-up appointments and aftercare.
- Conducting patient consultations and explaining the treatment process, including costs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Using 3D scans of patients' teeth to create treatment plans and presenting these to our dental professionals for review.
- Assisting patients with payment and financial arrangements for their treatment.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and answering phone and email inquiries.
- Eligible for commissions for every successful case that you help to facilitate.
Job Requirements:
- You have prior experience in a dental or medical setting, particularly in a customer service and sales role.
- You have knowledge of dental terminology preferably in clear aligner treatment.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, as well as organizational skills to manage patient records and scheduling. Basic computer skills and proficiency with
electronic health record software may also be required.
- You are detail-oriented, professional, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- You have ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy is also important.
- You possess strong convincing and selling skills to close deals.
- Background in clear aligners is an added advantage.

- Content Creation
- Creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. This involves planning and scheduling content, as well as adapting content
to suit each platform's requirements.
- Community Management
- Building and managing a community of followers and fans on social media platforms. This includes engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions. It may also involve
addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Social Media Advertising

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, with a strong understanding of content pillars, content calendars, and grid planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Ability to collaborate closely with graphic designers and ads specialists to bring content to life.
- Superior knowledge of social media platforms, including a deep understanding of trends, best practices, and channel management, particularly on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- A track record of consistently delivering high-quality and creative content across various platforms.
- Advanced research skills, both primary and secondary, to gather insights and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Exceptional skills in creative ideation and the ability to source innovative ideas for content creation.
- Working experience in fashion, beauty and cosmetics company before will be an added advantage.

- Experience with Facebook and Google advertising (Paid Campaign, SEM,SEO, Audience targeting).
